ARAN, a leading fluid control brand, has launched its new generation of small forged steel threaded ball valves.

Size: 1/4” - 4”

Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, bronze, alloy steel, etc.

Pressure Class: Class 800-2500LB (PN16-420) with 4 connection types (NPT, SW, BW, ferrule). It breaks traditional valve limits, offering efficient, cost-effective solutions for oil, chemical, municipal, power industries.

CNC Manufacturing for Premium Quality

The series uses full-process CNC machining (5-axis CNC machines) from forging to sealing surface processing. Dimensional tolerance is within ±0.02mm (exceeding industry standards), ensuring smooth internal flow channels (lowering medium resistance) and consistent mass production.


Valve bodies are material-flexible: ASTM A105 carbon steel (tensile strength ≥550MPa), 304/316 stainless steel (corrosive media), duplex stainless steel (strength + corrosion resistance), bronze (seawater), alloy steel (high-temperature/high-pressure). It works stably at -29℃~425℃, with dual sealing: PTFE/RPTFE (API 598 Class IV) and Stellite® alloy (API 6D Class VI zero leakage for crude oil, corrosive solvents).


Diversified Connections for Multi-Scenarios

Covering 1/4” (DN6)-3” (DN80) (all materials above) and Class 800-2500LB:

NPT: ANSI B1.20.1, flange-free, ideal for small pipelines/hydraulic systems (2500LB seal).

SW: Socket structure, welded fixed, better seal for chemical reactor feed lines (medium-low pressure).

BW: Groove welding, integral seal (≥2500LB), preferred for oil/gas long-distance pipelines.

Ferrule: 30s install/dismantle (no hot work), GB/T 19228.2-2011 compliant, for food/pharma/pure water pipelines.


Mass Production & Customization

Backed by ARAN’s digital base, it enables large-scale production. CNC cuts defect rate to <0.5%, reducing customer costs.


Certified by API 6D, ASME B16.34, CE, ISO, it offers OEM/ODM (extended bonnets for low temp, nitrided stems for high temp). ARAN will keep innovating to provide global customers with more efficient, reliable fluid control solutions.
