The CU5MCuC alloy ball valve launched by ARAN VALVE has attracted widespread attention in marine duplex stainless steel fluid control systems, thanks to its outstanding corrosion resistance and adaptability. Full Specification Coverage to Adapt to Complex Marine Working Conditions

As a core control component in marine duplex stainless steel systems, this ball valve achieves full coverage in terms of diameter and pressure class:

➽ The diameter range reaches DN15-DN1000 (1/2"-40").

➽ The pressure class covers 150LB-2500LB (PN16-PN420), which is compatible with mainstream duplex stainless steel pipeline systems such as 2205 and 2507.

Outstanding Seawater Adaptability, Leading the Industry with Material Advantages

The unique composition of CU5MCuC alloy endows it with super strong seawater adaptability:

➽ It contains 19.5%-23.5% chromium to form a dense oxide protective film.

➽ 2.5%-3.5% molybdenum enhances pitting corrosion resistance.

➽ 1.5%-3.0% copper further improves chloride ion corrosion resistance.

Comparison tests show that after 3,000 hours of exposure in a simulated seawater environment with a chlorine content of 3.5%, the sealing performance retention rate of this material exceeds 95%, far higher than 65% of traditional bronze materials. Its critical temperature for chloride ion corrosion reaches above 65℃, which is 8% higher than that of 316L stainless steel, and its cost is only 1/3 of that of super austenitic stainless steel AL-6XN.
